Hitting sales people is one of the most challenging job for a sales Manager, is really hard to know which candidate is going to be a decent sales person. You don't have grades to check, if you see somebody well dressed, if you see somebody who has pretty talk, are those good qualities for a sales person? Not necessarily.
Good qualities are optimism, resilience, persistence, but how can you measure that? Psychological tests? Maybe but are those measures accurate?
