Recruitment sourcing: Should an MBA graduate list their MBA or personal email address in their CV/Resume?

You should put your personal email in your resume.  Click Here  And make sure it's not something cutesy or silly. Get as close to your real name as you can come.If I see someone's email address as fluffybunny69 At   Sign In   i am going to have trouble thinking of them professionally. Every MBA graduate in our business school has a standard resume with our personal email on top which gets tweaked slightly to suit applications for different industries. Everyone was also encouraged to migrate over to a 'plain vanilla' personal email - our full name at gmail dot com.   The rationale is if you are applying for experienced roles - and most MBAs are - you want to brand yourself as an experienced professional, and not as a university graduate.
